"upon the commencement of mining, FMG will pay Cazaly a royalty of:
(a) $1 per tonne for the 1st billion tonnes ore shipped;
(b) $0.75 per tonne for any further ore shipped capped at 1.65 billion tonnes;
(c) with the royalty not to exceed $50 million or 2% FOB"
$1 per tonne, is this really a good deal for CAZ considering all the hoopla and cash needed to fight this thing? Seriously costly if they loose.
I think FMG is the real winner here!
