The TZ announcement said that with all fees etc that DKR had 1.8+ M shares added to the 1.016M they already held whereas the special cross they made yesterday was for 2.565M from memory leaving about 250k shares that may well be sold over yesterday and today. The selling started today at 10:12 with a seller jumping in front of an earlier placement by the broker who was vacillating between 4.10 and 4.13 for half an hour after rejoining individual placements at the same price earlier this morning. There look to be two sellers (BP and JBW). The latter is possibly DKR overhang. If so then it is mostly gone. I managed another sizeable purchase from these offerings so the activity is most welcome. I suspect that some people are going to be very unhappy shortly and I won't be one of them :)
