As unbelievable as this move is - is anyone actually surprised by it? These guys are getting very desperate.
It's almost laughable that they would pick fault with the 249F meeting notice after they sent out pre-completed proxy forms to BHD holders with the proposed directors names misspelled. (Perhaps deliberately?)
I agree with @AGreenhorn and hope that common sense prevails when it goes in front of a judge.
