Why isn't the Acadia funding deal more transparent? We don't know the % royalties nor the milestone triggers for payments even in the vaguest of terms. Does anyone know what drives the confidentiality? Is it Neuren or Acadia?
It's a bit hard to spruke the value of the deal when no one is clear exactly what the deal entails.
