It is possible that someone actually doesn't hold TLS shares in spite of declaring it as "Held" (sold, before the rise) and now regrets and wants to bring price down in order to buy cheaper.
Perhaps actually wanted to put the Sentiment as "Sell", but he/she doesn't want to make it too obvious that he is a troll, so leaves it as a safe "Hold", instead of the imperative and obvious "Buy" ...
