Trapper can you confirm the notice or whatever when RM’s salary was reduced from high $700’s to $375k pls.
Also the shares he is receiving @0.04 cents is a book debt for equity swap and does not deliver cash to AVQ.
The loan you refer to has already had SH approval and been converted to equity as well.
Some of these transaction can be hard to keep up with accurately.
