The loan you refer to has already had SH approval and been converted to equity as well.
Some of these transaction can be hard to keep up with accurately.

If you read the announcements made over the last couple of months you will be able to confirm. However, for those with a total set against RM or Axiom it may not be immediately clear and for posters like acp/jazzmox there is no hope of checking facts
