They already had a position pre Feb 2019, they have been accumulating at 8/7/6 levels since then. From looking at their website it’s a multi family office asset manager. Surely they see strong potential business and I’m sure they met w management and had enough comofort around the technology and prospective sales. Great addition to the register. Real investors
