The only thing is that because D'Snooza has already issued shares to his american pals in the last 12 months on the sly this time he needs to call an EGM.
My guess is he'd need something like the fda approving a 2b trial before calling an EGM.
I dont think anythings going to be received from the fda next quarter though.
Sounds like Merck has all but mothballed bnc375.
Very suspicious that they couldnt provide more info on Agitation being that they are expecting read out in the next 4 weeks.
