"But no customers"
Wesfarmers have a history of getting/stealing customers one way or another. I say that as one that has lost a lot of customers to Bunnings over time. They did that by taking away our suppliers by making it a case of "only supply us of we don't buy from you".
That said, they cant (easily) steal the know how or shorten the time necessary to establish a mining and processing establishment or have first mover advantage.
On today's SP they would have to offer $5+ to get much interest.
