So non-holders can not post on anything? that right is exclusively dictated by holders and only holders have an opinion or information on any stock?

I am interested in pot stocks, I have invested in them in Canada (where I now reside) so that's my interest, as a whole.

I also know this stock and it's history from when it was a bauxite explorer and had some concerns back then (mostly with who was supplying the information and executing the works), you can search if you like, (around 2013-2015) and i figured I would read up the latest announcements to see whats going on now and if the same people run the company.
