Centro MCS Manager Limited as responsible entity for Centro Retail Trust and Centro Retail Limited (CER) have announced an estimated distribution to ordinary security holders for the six months ended 30 June 2008 of approximately $32 million (equivalent to 1.4 cents per stapled security), being the estimated taxable income of Centro Retail Trust.
We own 51 % of CER there is some much needed cash for CNP
