I am not talking about suing our own asset BLA now. We need to sue/get the government involved on those responsible who ever it may be. The veil of a corporation only protects shareholders. Every one is responsible for their actions being paid to do it only makes them more guilty. As for the Oaktree deal being undone its not about faulting BLA management its all to do with Oaktree's behaviour. I won't give away any details, that's for me and lawyers to know. BLA was never as good as its previously high share price that's why I stayed away from it until I was misled as to the internal risk of the company when the price was much lower.
