I mentioned this morning they would probably not pay dividend as bnb only lent them 190m instead of 360m so div closes the gap.
The fact they have lowered next years div forecast already assumes they are able to sell assets for good prices otherwise the new forecast may be on the high end.
I see a sharp drop tomorrow probably to 40s based on the negative news and uncertain outlook.
