It's not a claim in the normal use of the word, it's a fact. It's also 90%, not 80%. So I can assure you that Next Science does have an effective answer to 90% of the problem.
slightly confusing, their web site home page has a link 'The Problem Of Biofilm' stating nearly 80%. Click on the link and it claims 90%. A tad messy. But whether 80 or 90% - still miraculous if true that they can access and destroy all?
