Who says JRV process is excluded in the deal? That is not something I have read and it certainly was not in the announcement.
Time frame, you work it out. Look at the charts, tea leaves or maybe just sit on the fence.
I'm not going to ramp this stock, what I said was that JRV will hit 12c before INL
