Definately true Sir Volt...

I must confess when I drew back and saw the same pattern forming on the hourly chart over the past month (last one in the long winded multi-chart post) I almost fell of my chair...

Of course... my charts are not definate and even if I'm on the right track... price can fluctuate considerably, even whilst it is confirming patterns... for example, see the rather large drop in the middle of the bottoming triangle in the first 5 minute chart...

If I had been holding a trade at that point based on a partial pattern, I probably would have cut it as a loss...
