For all the fuss the gearing of these infrastructure vehicles is quite a bit less than the banks and their asset security and cash flow is pretty good. In time before too long they might seem more like rocks of security towering above a rough sea. For all the troubles, people want income flows they can spend and especially with some tax relief. Its all relative.
