    31st May 2019: Who Really Controls Crown Casino's Licences?

    Aussie Casino Billionaire James Packer Sells 19.99% of Crown Resorts (ASX:CWN) for A$13/share to Chinese Casino Billionaire Lawrence Ho of Melco Resorts.

    Packer still retains 26% of CWN. But,...

    * Gone for other shareholders is $1.75 SP premium, re early "bid" from USA Wynns.

    * Who really owns the Casino Licences around Australia?

    Packer is-and has been for may years- an absentee Aussie! And Lawrence Ho is today a "passive" Chinese foreigner!

    An Aussie- Argentinian-American deal? Or Chinese Middle Kingdom deal?

    One for FIRB plus State Gambling Regulators plus Governments at all levels.

    PS: In 47 years China-dealings, I've never known even one "passive" Chinese investor! 100% "active" with forward strategic plans for absolute control.
