My only comment on this is that people never go to court to fight over a penny. Dome want 20% and they will spend and do whatever it takes to get it and GAS conversely will resist to the utmost. The mediation was something they had to do before court as they need to be seen to be entertaining a dispute resolution process. I would make an educated legal guess that GAS offered a miniscule percentage of whatever sale could be achieved plus an amount to cover Dome's legal fees to date to induce them to go away. Dome wanted more and so GAS is fighting, as they should. They do seem confident. My logical assumption is that the fight must be over what both parties believe to be a very big sheep station, not a penny. I hope I am right.
