Ann: Response to ASX Price Query, page-20

Not unhappy with this - its how I think the system is supposed to work looking at the time frames.

AVZ passed 6.8 cents within a minute of opening at 10am this morning. That's the price noted in the query to AVZ with a 1.30pm reply time specified.

Leonard obviously got back before that and we didn't hear about any inquiry (so trading wasn't interrupted) until the end of the day. Then we hear the question was asked (fairly I think) and answered (also fairly so far as I know).

I've no problem with ASX doing its job - glad they did. And glad we have an official response on the record.

Actually I want the ASX to do it's job. Recent action has been interesting. Still is. Doesn't mean anything is wrong. If there is nothing going on then there is no impediment to ML offering his options if it was him. So in that sense the ASX inquiry does something.
