Been to the pilbara lately? It's not the @rse end of the earth but I can definitely see crack from there!
The type of rail that is talked about being utilised in Cameroon is a faster construction than what occurs in the Pilbara and requires a reduced size embankment than what BHPB, RIO and FMG have used. Once again reducing the time taken to construct it.
It would be a case of resourcing the project adequately. Five teams building 100km each would get the job done.
The more pressing issues for SDL I believe are continuing the drilling and getting the MoU signed off with the government of Cameroon.
