Highlights:
RMA identifies exploration targets of 180-200Mt plus coal mineralisation across seven of its Queensland coal tenements based on historical information; Three key projects cover 5000sq km; All tenements are close to major infrastructure.
RMA Energy Limited (“RMA” or “the Company”) has confirmed that prospective nature of its Queensland coal tenements, with a review of historical exploration data confirming the seven tenements controlled by the company have a 180-200 million tonne mineralisation target over its seven coal tenements, with a grade expected between 4,500 – 6,000 cv.
In accordance with section 18 of the JORC Code, the company wishes to state that the potential quantity and quality of this mineralisation target is conceptual in nature, with insufficient verification of previous exploration to define a mineral resource. It is uncertain at this stage if further exploration will result in the determination of a mineral resource.
The potential mineralisation targets are based on the historical estimates which, although in existence and available in the public domain, will require verification to meet JORC requirements for a resource statement.
But the Company believes that this information is of sufficient quantity and quality to allow it to expedite the preparation of JORC Compliant resource estimate once its tenements are granted
