LLC has offered $5 per share to takeover FKP (last trade $3.80) FKP has a market cap of $1 billion and have smaller earnings and smaller Div Yeild than VPG.
Apples for apples the same offer for VPG would be around $1.55
I was asying previously that Valad are the perfect size for a take over, but it will be a friendly offer from the likes of westfield.
