IMO, if it was clear and logical English in the CEO 2019 AGM presentation from the 23.02 time minute until 23.18 time mark (or if anybody had asked for clarification at the time), there would be no need for questions on who the intended future main funders of the business were to be.
That they existed was something the CEO has said and has now been documented at the AGM. (as per the remarks "when we would need capital these are the folks who would give it to us"
Is it clear to you who these "folks" specifically were/are? If it is, please contribute an answer to my questions.
IMO who is being referred to, either/ infact both? is crucial to the interests of other shareholders as it would indicate the need (or otherwise indeed how much) more capital would be needed potentially outside the shareholder base (given the CEO has also stated clearly the problem of getting capital from RI's in the past...an opinion that now seems fact given the history or all CR's of the company? Consequently leading to more dilutional funding necessary from outside ( a fact that has also happened previously with this company raising capital) ie IMO this is important and needs clarification as it would have an obvious sequential downward movement on the future SP...

Are you suggesting such matters weren't at the time and are not at the moment, crucial to the interests of other shareholders : in particular RI's?
