    In light of LLC's $5 offer for FKP, could PTN now be in play?

    Stockland have long held a desire to increase their exposure to the retirement sector and with FKP potentially spoken for, PTN is the most likely target as BBC is wrapped up in the BNB camp.

    And think about it..the Property Sector are going to have to cop write-offs this year for impaired assets. In stark contrast, there should be little write offs in the retirement sector because of the demand for the product.
