In my view I can't write off the possibility of a CR in the future. Revenue will take at least 6-12 months to ramp up - possibly that will be a significant rise. There is a time frame for the Malta enterprise and cash will be needed - I'm not just sure if that cash will be available in time.
One thing to consider is a potential merger/take over in late 2019 - something I am of the opinion might take place.
