    well there are rules about price manipulation but who is saying that they are holding of any news. I'm sure we will here soon that the final two wells are onstream. They did announce about 10 days ago that these wells will be onstream in about 10 days time (ie about now). There are always delays in this game, and the small number of shares they are buying back hardly is worth taking risks over.
