fusion meat balls:
in a medium bowl mix the following:
300 gm total beef and / or lamb mince.
200 gm rinsed minced canned chick peas.
1 minced onion.
50 gm breadcrumbs.
2 tablespoon chopped parsley.
25 gm grated cheese or milk powder if desired.
1 large beaten egg.
Make into tight golf ball size balls.
In a medium saucepan fry in 5 to 10 mm of oil until medium rare only.
