I certainly share the concern around today’s trading. It was a very strong day for the gold miners otherwise - experience has taught me that when you go so strongly against the trend there is likely a reason for it.
Proactive communication is paramount at the moment given the uncertainty around AMI at present. We are well into the quarter now so perhaps a comment that they are on track to hit guidance for the quarter would not go astray...
