Maybe you have a point with preparing in case CBA pilot failed. Do you mean Intiger should not have concentrated 99% efforts on CBA? Maybe 80% and put the other 20% effort into acquiring funds from smaller practices, to keep some sort of finances ticking over? Yeah perhaps.
The hasty hiring and then firing of Philippino employees was probably unnecessary.
The cash raise was probably ok at 1 cent, hard as it was to stomach at the time.
Maybe we are screwed, but maybe we’re not. We need more time to tell.
I do hope that the determinant of success or failure is the software itself, and not the company running out of money before the FP culture changes.
