Hi Jago, I must admit I've been in GMG for 10 years and bought in very cheaply , its the highest valued investment in my portfolio, the capital growth path this company has traveled is amazing and still is looking to continue, compared to the banks that have the best dividend return but marginal capital growth if any ?
World wide GMG has around $4 billion of new development work in hand each year funded internally , at this point it suits me to have high capital growth rather than high dividends , It looks like it suits a few Insto's also .
GMG have indicated this growth model will continue for the next year at least , after that I assume that $4 billion PA will be payed into dividends , by this time that suits me also .
