Interesting deal.

Can't help but feel though that a better option would have just been to sell 100% of the company for 15cents or so, give that cash and a nice exit directly to share holders.

This deal is a good one for directors lots of cash jobs for years to come, for shareholders in my experience with these big earn in they get very boring very fast, when someone else is running the show they control all the news flow and markets don't price in exploration spending and staggered payments well, cause usually by time final payments comes the other ones have been spent.

It's not a bad deal, but got to think a sale could have been achieved here.
