So people need to do more of their own research and stop blaming everyone else for their losses. I am more than confident ARV will make money in the long term. Rabbling on about how bad management is and how bad ARV is totally unproductive for everybody. You have every right to do it, it just doesnt feel productive.

Have they made some bad decisions in the past yes, have they blown a lot of money, IMO most likely. Do management appear to be making the correct steps now, it would appear so, so give them a chance based off what they do and their strategy forward not based of what sellers are doing.
