dow looks terrible, page-33

good work as usual Jaolsa. SF may be a guru but you are an ascended master legend that all the gurus talk about at their secret guru vegetarian BBQs. Can you suggest some background reading to start to come to an understanding of your methods ??

just a couple of notes XAO shed about 140 points in 2 days but the DOW shed only (roughly) 186. this tells me the XAO may have expected more carnage then we had (??) May not be as bad as we think here Monday (??) Also DOW on the daily has breached it's lower Bolinger again and is now well and truly below it's upper trend line. everytime that happens it usually makes it's way back up over a couple of days...unless we are headed for a crash or a new steeper downtrend we may now see a couple of up days. i thought the up days were gonna start last night but I realize today i was seeing what I wanted to see.

and one more thing....i don't know if there are any hard and fast rules about this but I notice that trends often (not always) reverse after a bollinger line is touched on the WEEKLY chart. that was certainly the case with the last DOW rally...DOW neatly touched the upper weekly bollinger and then went into reverse. Last night we got within a whisker of the lower bollinger on the weekly....so maybe one more intra night low before a reversal (??)
