    Thanks I did not see it. My bad I did a search on AR. Looked at H1 and it is muchbetter, total assets are now 11B of those about 8 B are intangible
    They probably will have -1 B of assets with Kidman. No idea how they did Kidman book keeping but when it is all done (thedeal is done but not follow on expenses) tangible Assets will go down 1B So I will change what I said. They can probablyraise AUD 2. . For Lynas. Still do not think that it makes sense. Even at2 B they would have a negative book value probably a year after the takeover. The dividend which is holding up the stock price is atrisk already. They are paying a dividend in spite of a 6 monthnegative cash flow of -134 M from operations. Yes theydid have a positive cash flow of 1.75 B but you can only sell an assetsonce. Just to add to the problem China has increased its production of lithium carbonate up 18 % in May alone and prices are tumbling. Will Kidman be generating any positive cash flow in the next few years?
