Can someone give me a logical explanation as to why Rio is really delaying its Jadar Lithium project other than the reasons given in the AFR article? The use of word 'oversupply' on this forum quickly invites accusations of being a shorter and working for one of the institutional banks. So I am really wondering what I am missing. With the impending global slowdown and the way Lithium stocks have performed over the past 12 months, I am seriously contemplating offloading and moving to gold. I honestly doubt we will see the dollar mark for a couple of years with this rinse and repeat tactics.
