The article doesn't mention a fast track to a reliable supply, rather it focuses on building domestic supply. However, it stands to reason they are discussing securing supply from Lynas as well as fast tracking the Lynas/ Blue Line Corp plant in Texas. Lynas has a clean source of REs and IP unmatched in the free world. That combination should, IMO, result in significant growth for Lynas.
