The DNA test was refused by the court and the police who have tempered again and again with every bit of evidence.
I agree even with this simplistic slogan," do the crime, do the time" but the courts better PROVE that you've committed a crime in the first place. To be doing time for something you've not done is a disgrace to humanity.
