IMO I think it has been coincidental. The announcements straight after some momentum has started to build has actually dampened the continuation of the momentum.. Last time she bounced off a $0.15 base to hit a days high of 18¢ this time she bounced off a $0.16 base to hit a high of 18.5 cents the day before the announcement. Slowly building and improving on each round reaching a higher low and higher high. Most of the buying in my opinion is anticipation of the first round of clearance to be granted, in other words FOMO...
