Hi Robbocop.
Two things in favour of buying a Right's share; you get the option attached and it is 5 cents into Inl's moey chest and, from memory I believe, you have until December 31 2009 to exercise the right to convery it to an ordinary share.
If the share price is not well above the exercise price of 8 cents by then I'm toast.
