Earlier this month, Foreo announced its travel retail business is proving to be a success, with sales of around 4 million units yearly and a value forecast of US$125bn by 2023.

Foreo has entered 30 new travel retailers since January and is present in nearly 200 locations worldwide.

At the time of the announcement, Peros said: "It is exciting to know that shopping is among their top travel motivators and their receptivity of international brands is as high as it ever was."

'Mr Peros will be entitled to a six-monthbonus:• The first milestone target is the commercial go-live, and first sales of devices; and• The second milestone target is the cumulative positive cashflow from operations ofthe device business.'

So.........what's the 'six-month bonus' and what does does the trigger word 'cumulative' imply? Two quarters cashflow positive would be considered 'cumulative'. So they way I read it, he gets an additional $180,000 Euro bonus if he hits both milestones; which equates to 6 month's X $30K Euro.

Looks like Fereo has their own Jeff Edwards/Founder, who wanted back in the CEO hot-seat and he's in good company with Bill gates & Elon Musk when it comes to Innovation. You had me @ Elon :

Some times frames, a business plan and some planned collaborations might get the market excited, but it looks like the market will be left guessing once again. Let's hope we have approximately an extra $400K a year, until Peros can get something off the ground
