How many times do you see this BS line used after a CR.
Have a look on the share register of most specs who have had those words or similar used after a CR be rare to find any of the "new, high quality institutional investors" still around after about 3 blinks of an eye.
Law should require disclosure when any these these so called "new, high quality institutional investors" sell even 1 share within 12 months.
