The AFR Street Talk section yesterday quoted Charter Hall as saying they would not be increasing their price above $2.95.
If they made that offer before the election and before the interest rate cut maybe. But now forget it. You can't expect to buy us for the price offered 6 months ago when all the other listed REITs have appreciated since. We are not fools.
