yes cause i feel like it would give me a margin of safety, so that if you are wrong you come out ok.
at 12.3 mill all the other business coudl be worth more than the market cap. my biggest issue is lack of profits but high cap exp. in a sense if i bought this stock i would look at it as i paid 12.3 mill for this i have to lay out 4 to 5 million a year to maintain it. what cash will it provide to me in the next 10 or or so year for me to give up my capital, or would some acquire the aggregate for more than its selling for. only problem is for that to happen it needs to have good economics going foward. i have to also keep in mind management is closing out and some of these will bring termination costs and a bunch of other costs as well. so 12 mill might not even be good enough. 10 is even better
