I think management said in one of their reports that they were hoping a JV would pay for the drilling of two wells and reimburse their lease costs. I wouldn't expect there to be much cash involved but anything would be a nice top up to their cash balance.

very sparsely explored around this area. Some P&A oil wells to the east (I guess it is not prospective for oil) but a few gas wells showing. apparently the Lance formation is a prolithic producer around those parts.
