looks like we have our upside now, company can "earn" 2 billion so that is what they sue for
2 billion divide 140 million shares = 14.20 per share
maybe issue few more shares to raise some money maybe not get 2 billion so lets say only 20% = 2.85 per share or 1% is 14 cents per share, still over 100%
time to reweight the portfolio.......
either way earn r sue get good return, think we will hae an answer before july 7
