UOS is a small property development coy trading well under net assets (which are in Malaysia).
It's profitable and been around for a while. I've been in since the IPO.
The market trading is very illiquid and I haven't sold principally because the market appears to be undervaluing it significantly.
Does anyone out there follow this one/
