its not an equivalent cost...its and equivalent price based on the last sale price...which is irrelevant really isn't it!!!

yes a relist at 2-4c will see value eroded for current shareholders no doubt..but that's already happened when it was suspended am sure most shareholders know that already.

CPS or whoever taking the 2c placement will be on a see through basis cheaper than the effective last price of the company, but they aren't trying to "grub" cheap stock..Because at 2c...its Not Cheap!!! . It will be a risk capital to fund the company going forward. No guarantee of it relisting. The company hasn't been left with many options, but must reconstruct the company to move forward.
