This was reported in The West on 27 October 2018. AZY I think also paid Rosane recently about 2 mill shares in relation to some tenements. Not sure who are current directors and shareholders of Rosane and Yandal but they are I'm pretty sure Creasy family entities. While this article relates to Mark, Bob, his brother is also in his 70s. Mark was reported last year to be worth about $800m. Don't know Bob's net worth. But this AZY interest is minor. Looks to me to be part of trimming back and simplifying their interests and affairs. With the volume today, the selling may be done or close to done.
